BSWSD- Athletic Renovation -Phase I

In this page we feature our latest commercial project for the Bay Saint Louis - Waveland School District.

This project is a 2.3 million dollar renovation at the Athletic Complex adjacent to the Bay High School football field.

The scope of the work, includes a massive new parking lot stretching all the way back to the little league field and children's park, along with a six court tennis facility, compared to those "at the US Open".

The improvement also includes a girls hitting facility, upgrades to the little league fields; scraping and resurfacing of the high school baseball field, a metal tennis canopy and completely rebuilding the drainage system beneath the entire facility.
